Firstly, at OceanLink, we apply for planning permission on behalf of our clients, and track and observe the progress and status of every application. We like to ensure building works start and finish amicably.

Secondly, communication is paramount with our clients. At OceanLink, we discuss the goals and logistics of the project with our clients.

Once we ensure our client's visions are met, we draft floor plans.

A strategic and efficient build process is planned, with an understanding of the timing of each stage. And then we begin the work!

In the midst of building works, we:

- Monitor budget reports

- Set benchmarks to monitor progress, making sure the project is completed within a financial budget.

- Forecasting to keep the team informed on unexpected changes and unplanned construction work and resources. 

- Constant site visits.


 Following each phase of the project is essential to ensuring that the project is completed on time.

As part of OceanLink, it is our responsibility to:

- Ensure  equipment is available throughout the building project.

- Supply resources, such as bricks and mortar to tools and basic amenities.. We are the project managers whom have the understanding what these resources are and must have them readily available. 

- Recruit a skilled team and allocate the relevant tasks. We have a good understanding which contractors and labourers to recruit at each stage of the process. 



In the meantime...

  • We keeping up to date with any policy and legislation changes.
  • We undertake site checks to monitor progress
  • Dealing with matters arising from stakeholders such as environmental and local community issues
  • We manage and track all activities from the beginning of the project, until its end.
